monsaraz was amazing and fun to photograph. The only downside side and why I rated the transportation low was one client wore a huge amount of perfume. it was cloying and we were physical choking, even my husband who can't smell a thing. otherwise the trip was spectacular.

We had a great trip with Alex, our guide. Pick up at the meeting point was ok. But we were soon off with Alex. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of history and the places we visited. He was always attentive, entertaining and accommodating - a wonderful experience. We saw the chapel of bones and Roman temple in Evora. The visit to Monsaraz with wonderful lunch at Taverna of Templerios, which Alex recommended. The visit concluded with a wine tasting. We really enjoyed the tour.

The trip was good and the guide was knowledgeable about Portugal history. He kept educating us about the different monuments and historic events on our journey and context about the Roman temple and the church. We had a good amount of time to see Évora and then drove to Monsaraz for the wine tasting. I found the tasting quite delightful and learnt a bit about the process. Overall, I liked the tour.
