On arrival at Evoi Wines, you'll meet winemaker Nigel and take a behind-the-scenes winery tour detailing the wine-making process from grapevine to bottle. During the tour you'll discover the equipment used in the wine-making process and have the opportunity to ask questions. You may also have a chance to taste wine straight from the barrel at different stages of the process. Following the tour, Nigel will treat you to a VIP wine tasting where you'll sample museum vintages, try vertical tastings, and compare young and old wines. The tour will wrap up with a delicious tasting plate of charcuterie meats, cheeses, fruits and bread set on the winery lawn in view of the vineyards.
