We’ll be waiting for you at the meeting point in the Port of Montevideo to start the tour of Ciudad Vieja. Our first stop is Plaza Constitución, where we'll visit the historic Montevideo Cathedral. The tour begins at the meeting point in the Pocitos neighborhood, at La Gaceta 1282, and ends at the same location. The tour begins on the Luis Alberto de Herrera bike path to Avenida Italia, where we will pass by the Hospital de Clínicas and later by the Monumento a la Carreta and the emblematic Estadio Centenario. We will return to the bike path on Avenida Ricaldoni, circling Parque Batlle until we reach the illuminated fountain, and then take our main avenue, 18 de Julio, where we will pass several points along the way until we reach the renowned Plaza Independencia, which is also surrounded by buildings that are very characteristic for their architecture and importance. Then we will take the Sarandí pedestrian street to Plaza Matriz and finally pass by the Solís Theater before taking the charming Rambla de Montevideo, where you can appreciate its beauty from atop an electric bike to make it even more spectacular. We will end at the Montevideo sign and from there we will return to the meeting point to leave the bikes, which is located 5 minutes from the end of the tour.
