Full description

This full-day activity is suitable for horse riders of all abilities, from beginner to advanced. Starting from the Ranch de Diabat, your guide will take you on a route that first runs along the river. Stop to see the ruins of the Black Sultan’s palace before riding along a sandy beach. Admire the views of the Portuguese castle on the island of Mogador. Riders of intermediate or advanced ability will have the option of a longer tour, heading a bit inland. After a picnic lunch at noon, you’ll ride along the sand dunes, past fishermen’s cottages, and to a fresh water spring. The tour continues through a forest and then returns to the ranch. The pace of the tour will be adapted according to your preference and ability.

A great day trip! There were only two of us, my daughter and I with the guide (Mustafa). We left the ranch on time for the beach. I'm a total beginner and did the tour for my daughter's sake. She has been horseback riding for a number of years and it has always been her dream to canter on the beach. We started slowly to get to know the horses, but I had the feeling that the guide wanted to give us/my daughter time to get used to her horse. Later we rode at a trot and after a while we went from the beach to the forest. We had a picnic where we were treated to a Moroccan salad, rice and freshly grilled chicken. Then we went back to the beach and now galloped several times (only for my daughter!). She is having the time of her life and super happy! Thank you Mustafa for your patience with me and for making my daughter's dream come true!
