We were lucky because it was a nearly moonless night so the stars were bright overhead. The bioluminescence was so magical! You can make it glow by dragging the provided sticks in the water. Fish swimming also glow. And raindrops made a wonderful show. It is unlikely you’ll be able to take good pictures so you’ll have to record these memories in your mind. Our tour guide was very informative, asked if anyone had questions, and was really funny! We highly recommend the 6-person catamaran ride if you don’t want to kayak. Bring a flashlight/cell phone light or headlamp for walking from the van to the water so you can see where you’re going. The van ride was bumpy because of large unavoidable potholes, but that just added to the adventure. This is a once in a lifetime experience — don’t miss Mosquito Bay’s bioluminescence.

Fantastic experience! Bring tip money... you will want to thank them for the awesome experience! We went on the last day before the moon was going to be too high. The bioluminescent was still very bright! There is a steep ramp up. I have issues with my knee, but they were so accommodating. There was a 2 year old in another group and they helped with him as well. They really do care to make your experience a great one! I cannot recommend this highly enough!

We were honestly expecting to be a little disappointed by the biobay, but it was truly one of the most interesting experiences ever! And no small part was due to our fantastic tour guide who explained the natural miracle that it truly is, and the captain eddy! Both great! 10/10 recommend!!

Very informative. Transport was nice, guys helping were courteous, and the guy on the boat was very knowledgeable about the Bioluminescent bay. You can tell he loves the job. Great time and well worth it. Highly recommended.

This was the highlight of our trip. The tour guides were excellent and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to book this tour — you will not regret it!
