Take a multi-day trip through the Atlas Mountains to the Sahara desert departing from Marrakech. Admire the beautiful scenery, enjoy traditional Berber culture and cuisine, and visit a variety of charming villages across 3 days. Drive through a cedar forest and see the resident monkeys, before descending to the Sahara Desert. Arrive at the traditional kasbah at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy the beauty of the sunset on a camel ride across the dunes. At the Berber camp, enjoy mint tea and dinner, gaze at the stars and spend the night in a tent. On the second day visit Merzouga, Tinghir and Ouarzazate. Head out on the rugged Road of a Thousand Kasbahs along the ancient caravan route. This area has been a popular location for Hollywood films, such as The Last Temptation of Christ and Jewel of the Nile. Stop for lunch and a walk in Todgha Gorges and then travel through the Dadès Valley past dramatic escarpments. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in the Gorges or in Ouarzazate. On the third day, visit the town of Ouarzazate, including the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios – the largest and most famous movie studios in Africa.

The guided tour with Lahcen was extraordinary. We were in a 9-seater car for 8 people with the guide, spacious and air-conditioned. We made lots of stops to take pictures, made small detours as the weather allowed and it was magical. We also have stops at cafes, toilets, etc. on the way. Always a local guide to show us around the city or the kasbah in question, they are super friendly and full of knowledge. A small group like this allows good cohesion and not to waste time on useless photos and we were able to visit a lot of things! The desert was just magical, on the back of a camel or on foot if you prefer to see 4×4 if health concerns or other. Sunset and sunrise, big day but unforgettable. To do absolutely in Morocco, much better than staying in town. Lahcen is truly the best, always with good intentions and little surprises.

Hachem was the best tour guide ever! Could not recommend this trip enough - we were able to see so much of the beautiful country in a short amount of time. Our time in the desert was the highlight as we were able to truly get a taste of the Sahara. We were given time to visit out of the way vistas and local cuisines that we would have missed. Hachem was extremely wise and so fun and we had an awesome time throughout with him. We learned so much about the route and history of the places we saw. Thank you so much! 11/10

Nice route through the Atlas and High Atlas bases. Our guide was fabulous who taught us a lot about the country, customs, food etc. The restaurant choices were perfect. The tour in the desert was definitely a favorite, I recommend taking off your shoes and climbing barefoot to the top of the highest sand hill! The landscape is breathtaking. The luxury tent is a MUST and was more comfortable than our second night in Ouzzazate!!! Thank you very much Abdullah.

Just a bit long the time in the car but an amazing landscape and a super driver, the trip was amazing!
