From Tijuana: City Tour Ensenada & Lobster

driver cant speak english despite we booked an english tour. thankfully other customer that came with us could speak well and volunteered to translate for us. driver didnt know part of the package had 1x margarita drink included. he made calls and end up waiting forever. we had to screenshot our booking for him to share with his management and eventually they agreed to pay. quite average experience.

It was great! This was my family's first time traveling further into Tijuana to Ensenada and the experience was just amazing! The tour guide was pretty knowledgeable with facts about the area and certain tourist locations we went to. He was very accommodating, definitely put the client first. It felt like a private tour even though there was one other party traveling with us, and he was friendly and welcoming. It sucked that they couldn't provide him with an English translator to assist him, but the tour I had booked was specifically with a Spanish Speaker, so I'm not sure if the English speaking only party was aware when they booked or if the company grouped them with our tour. We did have to remind the guide of our drink special included in the package.. but it was worked out in seconds :) Overall, it was a great experience, would definitely do it again with friends or family members!
