It was not clear for me that is one way transport.and we were group of 13 persons we excepted pick up from our hotel grand sheraton.

The website says it’s both going and return way but it appeared to be only one way. Moreover the customer support was horrible when we pointed out their mistake. They made up the mistake by providing the return way however the driver never came, and they are saying they never got any contact number while the reservation required my phone number. Also be careful if you have a kid, they are not an official taxi company so the driver may ask you to have a child seat which was also not written on the website.
