  • The earliest issue date of the Half-Fare Card is 180 days prior to the validity date requested.
  • The Swiss Half-Fare Card can only be sold to non-residents of Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

You need to check and make sure the number of trips you do taking advantage of the 1/2 price card covers the initial costs. In our case it did, it was really great to use. Some tours offer the card in their package so be careful you dont purchase un-necessarily.
