I did this tour during a bank holiday weekend so it was packed but Puspa the guide navigated through the crowds expertly. Half way through it started pouring down, but it did not detract from the experience, if anything, it made it even more fun! Weather can’t be controlled and the food was still delicious. Definitely try the charcoal coffee! Would do it again!

Our guide Bayu was fantastic. He took us to various food outlets from street stalls to shops which gave us the chance to taste lots of delicious Indonesian specialities which we would never have experienced without being on this food tour. All the information Bayu gave us about the city and further afield in the country was so interesting. Thanks for making our first night in Jogja so much fun. 🤩
