Take this Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo which is the highlight of any trip to northeastern Guangxi Province. Gorgeous Karst peaks give you a surprise at every bend of the limpid river under the blue sky. Water buffaloes sprawl in the fields, peasants reap rice paddies, and school kids and fishermen float by on bamboo rafts. With its breathtaking scenery, life on the river is a taste of a life far from the bustling metropolis. Your day will begin with a pickup at 8:00am in the morning from your hotel in Guilin. From here, you will travel to Zhujiang pier, where you will board the cruise boat. The cruise lasts approximately 4 hours (from 9:30am to 13:30pm). During this time you will enjoy stunning scenery of the Li River. Finally, to finish the day, you will enjoy a stroll through downtown Yangshuo with a roam down to the famous West Street. Your day will end at approximately 3 pm, when you are dropped off back at your hotel.

After hotel pick–up at 9:00 AM, visit Guilin Reed Flute Cave, known as the art palace of nature. See beautiful stalactites, stalagmites, stone pillars, stone flowers with various shapes, and how these all glisten in colorful lights.  After exploring the cave, transfer to Yangshuo and visit the Xianggong Hill. Climb the hill, located on the west bank of the Lijiang River between Huangbu Shoal and Nine-Horse Mural Hill. Your uphill climb is rewarded with a bird's eye view of the Lijiang River winding through countless peaks, ideal for scenery enthusiasts and photographers. Move on to Xingping to savor a delicious lunch, before you take small boat from Xingping to Nine Horses Hill. Head back to Xingping River Pier, and catch the Liusanjie show at Yangshuo. At the end of your tour, transfer to your hotel in Guilin or Yangshuo downtown around 10:30 PM.

Depart from your Yangshuo hotel in a luxurious, private vehicle and travel directly to the beautiful open-air theatre on the banks of the Li River. Take your seat among 2,000 other expectant spectators and await the beginning of the theatrical masterpiece, planned and designed over three years by revered Chinese film director, Zhang Yimou. Be hypnotized by more than 600 actors as the 1 hour show launches into life; marvel at incredible choreography, illuminated costumes and melodious folk songs as the harmony between humans and nature is emphasized throughout the performance. Feel the magic of the evening ambience and enjoy the contrasting vibrancy of costumes against the inky night sky. On this full-day tour you’ll head out from either Guilin or Yangshuo to northeastern Guangxi province to the Longji rice terraces. This area, located around 80 kilometers from Guilin, was first developed in the late 13th century. Centuries of meticulous care by the Zhuang and Yao people have produced these beautfiul terraces that draw visitors from around the world. Longsheng county is home to a variety of ethnic minorities, such as the Miao, Dong, and Zhuang people. It is characterized by rustic folk customs and folklore, as well as colorful costumes. You’ll be met in the morning at your hotel and taken on a drive to the Longji rice terraces. First you’ll visit Ping’an village, and then continue on to the rice terraces. At the end of the afternoon you’ll be transferred back to your hotel.

Get an early start with pickup from your hotel in Guilin around 08:00 AM and drive to Zhujiang Pier to start your Li River cruise. Take advantage of the best way to see the river and the surrounding landscape by boat. Travel through an area famous for its pillar-like karst mountains and take in views of peaceful green fields, farms, and villages, as well as bamboo groves and waterfalls on both river banks. Enjoy a delicious Chinese or Western-style buffet lunch on the ship as you slip into full relaxation mode.  Disembark around 13:30 at the Yangshuo Pier. Service ends!

Xianggong Mountain is located on the west bank of the Lijiang River between Huangbu Shoal and Nine-Horse Mural Hill. An ascent of the mountain is rewarded with a bird's eye view of Lijiang River winding through countless peaks. Each year, a good number of photographers are attracted to Xianggong Mountain by the light and shadow, sea of clouds, and amazing morning glow at sunrise. It is a night show which you’ve never seen and a virtual scenery performance. The largest difference from the other shows will be the water and hill scenery theater. It uses the waters of the Li River as the stage and 12 hills as background. With the vast sky, it consists of the largest virtual scenery theatre in the world. As it is an outdoor theater and the scenes of the show are combined with natural sightseeing, tourists will find the show different from season to season and day to day depending on the changeable weather conditions. Your day will begin with a pick-up at 08:20 in the morning from your hotel in Guilin. From here, you will travel to Zhujiang pier, where you will board a boat. The cruise will last approximately 5-hours (from 09:00 - 14:00). During this time, you will enjoy the stunning scenery of the Li River. Finally, to finish the day, enjoy a wander through Yangshuo town and a roam down the famous West Street. During 18:30, your guide will meet you at the West Street and take you to the show theatre. The show will last for 70 minutes. Your day will end at approximately 21:00, when you will be dropped back off at your hotel around 22:30. If you are staying at Yangshuo, then return back to your hotel at around 21:20.

You will be picked up from your hotel in downtown Guilin at around 08:00, and transferred to the Mopan Pier for a wonderful 3.5-4-hour 3 star cruise on the Li River. Then you will enjoy the unique mountains, peaceful green fields, farms and villages with water buffaloes and cows grazing on both sides of the river bank. In the afternoon you will disembark at Yangshuo. Existing for more than 1,400 years, West Street is the oldest street in Yangshuo County, Guilin. You will have free time to explore the old town's beautiful attractions by yourself. After your cruise, enjoy your time at Yangshuo. Services ends!

Route 1 : Today, we will start our full day tour by visiting the Reed Flute Cave. Then we drive to Xianggong Hill, where you need to climb to the top to enjoy a bird’s eye view of the Li River and countless limestone peaks, hills along the Li River. Afterwards, we will drive to Yangshuo to have lunch before a visit to Fuli Ancient Town, where you may not only see the houses, buildings well preserved from Ming and Qing Dynasties, also could see how to make the traditional Chinese Paper Fun. You will take the Bamboo Raft up and down in Li River from the Fuli pier, where there are less boats and tourists. You may have chance to enjoy the peaceful bamboo rafting in a mirror like water of Li River when the weather is sunny. You are also suggested to enjoy the Night Show of Impression Shanjie Liu in Yangshuo. ======================================================== Route 2：Instead of Reed Flute Cave, we start our day tour by visiting the Champion Bridge, Mirror Rice Paddies for about 2 hour. The rest parts are the same as Route 1. Please check the photos at the end if you are interested. More countryside!!! Zhuangyuan Bridge is located in Tianxin Village which is surrounded by mountains and water and hidden in rice fields.. Now the bridge has become a "net celebrity bridge", and photography enthusiasts flock to it to take pictures of the sunrise and morning glow. Zhuangyuan means Champion. Mirror-like Rice Fields: are surrounded by mountains on all sides, with crisscrossing paths and rice fields in water. The rice fields are like mirrors, reflecting the sky, mountains and trees. Together with the village farmhouses, they form a large open park. It is a great place to appreciate and photograph the mountain, water and rural scenery.
