One of our most popular tours: Luxemburg is certainly a modern and vibrant city with a rich history and impressive ancient and contemporary architecture. Departure will be from 18, Boulevard de Berlaimont in Brussels. In the old part of Luxembourg, our guide will take you to the cathedral, the Palace of the Grand Duke and the Place d’Armes. In downtown Luxembourg you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Kirchberg district, home to several European institutions. In the valley, you will be able to see a trail of the Casemates, the abbey of Neumünster, the city walls and the picturesque sites along the river Alzette. After some free time in the city, you will explore the quaint town of Dinant, with its fifteenth century collegial church and its impressive citadel. Dinant’s name originates from the Celtic “Divo Nanto”, which means “Sacred Valley”. This little town is dramatically perched on the narrow banks of the River MeuseI. This is the cradle of the Leffe beer and the birth place of Adolphe Sax, the inventor of the saxophone.

Depart Brussels in the morning and travel by bus to Luxembourg City. Pass the beautiful city of Dinant on the shores of river Meuse, a city well-known for its music, history and beer, where you will have some free time to enjoy the city on your own. Continue the trip to Luxembourg to discover Place d'Armes, founded by the Spanish in 1671, where you can soak up the lively ambiance of its typical restaurants and cafés. We offer a relaxing kayaking experience that lets you discover the natural beauty of the area between Hamoir and Comblain au Pont. You can enjoy the scenery and the calm of the river for 8.4 km, or about an hour and a half, at your own pace. It's an ideal activity for relaxing and having fun with family and friends. At the end, a shuttle will take you back to the starting point to collect your vehicles. This activity is open to everyone aged 4 and over. It starts in Hamoir, where there is a large car park.
