Sail past the Cai Beo, an 7,000-year-old fishing village with floating houses that is nestled on the mountainside. Continue further into the core of bay where deep emerald water embraces hundreds of rocky islands of various sizes and shapes. Delight your taste buds with delicious lunch. Head the to Viet Hai Por and transfer to an electric car/bicycle to the ancient Viet Hai Village. Have free time to get a unique fish-foot massage, stroll through well-preserved traditional houses, or engage in conversations with local residents for a truly memorable experience. Get back on the boat and cruise out into the bay where you can jump from a boat into crystal-clear waters, go for a refreshing swim, go down the slide into the water, and paddle around on a kayak. Begin your journey back to Beo Pier and have the option to purchase a drink while soaking up the views. End your experience with a sunset party with fresh fruit, biscuits, and tea. Day 1: Ha Noi – Cai Beo Harbour – Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay (Lunch + Dinner) 07h45: You will be collected from Hanoi Old Quarter to take the highway to the Port (Haiphong) where we arrive at around 11h30. 11h35: Transfer by tender to the Venezia cruises. 12h15: We welcome our guests onboard the cruise and then check in, enjoy Welcome Drink, receive cruise brief and safety instruction by crew member and Cruise Manager. 12h30: We have lunch before continuing our journey via the islets. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. This area is untouched, as not many cruise ships use the route via the Cat Ba Island – Coc Ngoi islet – through Cua Dong to Ba Trai Dao area. 14h30: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. You can start your journey to visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by kayaking which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage, enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay. 15h30: Just enjoy a swim. This is a great experience, immersed in the crystal-clear waters of the bay. 16:45 Returning your Venezia Cruises boat you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard you may join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam sping-roll. In the early evening the boat has it’s Happy Hour deal. 19h00: Dinner is served. Meet, visit a traditional house, and greet local inhabitants doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school. Return to Venezia Cruises boat for check-out procedures. 10h45: Whilst cruising back you can enjoy a delightful lunch. 11h45: We return to Cai Beo harbour in the south of Halong bay, where our visitors disembark. 12h00: We bid farewell at the port, this is the end of the program. Disembark and head to the pier, where you will take an electric car/bicycle to the ancient Viet Hai Village. At 2:30 PM our captain and guide will choose the best stop for the group to swim, jump from the boat, slide from the top deck, and kayak. At 3:40 PM the boat begins its journey back to Beo Pier. It is perfect time to relax on the top deck or purchase a drink from the bar. At 4:15 PM enjoy a small sunset party with fresh fruit, cookies, and tea. At 4:45 PM return to Beo Dock, and say ”goodbye” to Lan Ha Bay. Get on the bus back to Hanoi. At 8:30 PM arrive at the Hanoi Old Quarter, ending your unforgettable journey.

*First Day: 7:30 AM Our bus will pick you up at our office (204, 1/4 Street, Cát Bà Town) or at your hotel, then transfer you to Bèo Harbour, about 1 km away. 7:45 AM - 11:30 AM Our trip begins with a cruise through the Floating Fishing Village (one of the oldest villages in Vietnam). Our tour guide will share many interesting details about the life of the fishermen and their families. Visit and enjoy hundreds of different and amazing limestone island landscapes, such as Turtle Islet, Toad Islet, and Candle Islet, in Lan Hạ Bay. The scenery is truly fascinating. Continue cruising to the border between Hạ Long Bay and Lan Hạ Bay, where you’ll enjoy one and a half hours of kayaking through caves named Bright Cave, Dark Cave, and Bat Cave to explore the beauty of hidden lagoons—a wonderful experience. Move to a private swimming area in the middle of Hạ Long Bay called Cam Lagoon, a less touristy spot where you can swim for half an hour in clear blue water and even jump from the deck of the boat—a perfect experience. 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Enjoy lunch on the boat with a selection of Vietnamese dishes, including seafood and vegetarian options. 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Relax by taking a nap on the boat or sitting on the deck to sunbathe and take photos as we return via another route to take you to Việt Hải Harbour. 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM From Việt Hải Harbour: Cycle across rice fields to Việt Hải Village—a fascinating experience. Stroll around the village to meet friendly locals and learn about their life and culture. You can also farm with them if you like (seasonal) and experience the unique feeling of a fish massage—a truly special experience. 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Dinner will be served on the Floating Homestay with traditional Vietnamese cuisine. You can experience squid fishing or kayaking to see bioluminescent plankton. Enjoy the fresh night air on the bay before going to sleep. *Second Day : 08:00 AM Wake up and have breakfast. Enjoy a buffet lunch at the restaurant before checking into your cabin. 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Option 1: Discover Dark and Bright Cave by kayaking or bamboo boat for about an hour. After visiting the cave, return to the cruise for swimming. Option 2: Cruise toward Lan Ha Bay and explore Ba Trai Dao Beach. This is an excellent destination for kayaking around limestone islets and swimming in crystal-clear waters. Return to the cruise. The sunset over the bay is one of the most beautiful moments of the day, so don’t miss it! Learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls during a cooking demonstration. Cat Ba National Park is an extremely unique national park in the system of national parks of Vietnam, the first national park in the country established with both forest and marine ecosystems. Cat Ba National Park is a typical example of typical tropical and subtropical marine - island ecosystems including primeval rainforest ecosystem on limestone island, mangrove ecosystem, coral reef ecosystem, tidal flat ecosystem, cave ecosystem, lake ecosystem salty, bay, pine, aqua. These ecosystems are adjacent and follow each other, creating extremely rich landscapes and habitats. The park is also the only conservation area of Vietnam and the world where populations of Cat Ba langur exist. 7.45 AM -8.00 AM:  Our experienced tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Cat Ba town to the National Park. 8.20 AM:  Arrive at the National Park gate to start your trekking experience. 8.30 AM - 11.30 AM: On the trail through the tropical forest, you will be immersed in nature and will see some mammals such as mink, squirrel, monkeys, birds, and butterflies. If you are lucky you will see the species of yellow-headed langurs, one of the rarest animals that are listed in the Red Book. Climb over 3 mountains named locally as: “Áng Vắt, Mây Bầu, Áng Phay”. 11.30 AM: After 2.5 hours of trekking with a distance of about 6 km, you will stop at the frog pond. This is the largest freshwater lake in the middle of the National Forest. Reaching up from the bottom of the frog pond are thousands of “Va Nuoc” trees, a species only found in the frog ponds and not anywhere else in Cat Ba island. There are many types of fish and crabs in the pond. You can take a rest for 30 minutes here. 12.00 PM - 1.00 PM: Continue trekking from Frog Pond up the last mountain named “Dọc Dài” to Viet Hai village (4 km). This is a small ancient village with local residents and about 100 families. 1.00 PM: Have lunch by choosing our menu restaurant, start from 60k VND or you can bring food wwith you, then take a rest at Viet Hai village. 2.00 PM: Enjoy some free time to explore the lives of people in the village. Take cycling or electric van pass 5km to Viet Hai harbor. 2.30 PM: Get on a travel boat through Lan Ha Bay, and stop at a floating home for kayaking to discover the beauty of Lan Ha Bay. Next, stop at one of the natural beaches for swimming - a great time to immerse yourself in Lan Ha Bay’s clear blue waters. 4.30 PM: The boat will take you back to Cai Beo wharf, you can visit the Cai Beo Fishing floating village on your way back. Cai Beo was formed hundreds of years ago, associated with the process of ancient Cat Ba residents' movement from the forest to the sea to find food from the ocean. 5.00 PM: Arrive at Cai Beo wharf, where a car will take you back to the Cat Ba town center. Finish your journey with unforgettable memories. (If come back early at 3:30 pm to Cat Ba town to leave the island in the afternoon; please note that with us on your booking)

Day 1 - Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay - Navy Peak - Plankton Bioluminescent Night Kayak (L/D) 7:00 - 7:30 AM: Pick up from the hotel or meeting point in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area and depart to Cat Ba Island by Expressway. 11:30 AM: We will arrive at Ben Beo pier on Cat Ba Island. The pier is for fishermen and tourist boats to visit Lan Ha Bay, just 2 kilometers from the town. 12:00 - 12:30 PM: We will pick you up at Ben Beo Harbor and transfer you by fast canoe to our lovely homestay in Viet Hai village. The village is on Cat Ba Island, around 10 kilometers away from Cat Ba town. Its position is in the midst of Cat Ba’s jungle, meaning that it’s surrounded by lush forests, mountains, and picturesque scenery. Enjoy a delicious lunch with Vietnamese dishes. Afternoon: Follow your tour guide to trek and hike in Navy Peak to see the overview of Cat Ba National Park. If we have time we can climb to the top of the mountain for a panoramic view of Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba National Park. 6:30 PM: Enjoy a local dinner at our restaurant. After that, our tour guide will take you on a night-time kayak ride on Lan Ha Bay to see bioluminescent plankton sparkling at night. Overnight at our homestay. Day 2 - Discover Lan Ha Bay by Boat - Hanoi ( B/L) 7:30 AM: Enjoy breakfast at our restaurant. 8:45 AM: Our golf car will pick you up from Viet Hai village and take you to Viet Hai Harbor. 9:00 AM: We will arrive at Viet Hai Pier and our tour guide will give you the entrance tickets for Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay. The tickets are included in the tour price. 9:15 AM: Board the boat to Lan Ha Bay. At first, the boat will sail around Lan Ha Bay. The bay is spectacular, with towers of limestone rocks rising from the sea, sailing to thousands of karst towers with many unique shapes. 10:30 AM: We will discover Lan Ha Bay's natural lagoon area by kayaking through dark and bright caves, tunnels, and archways. This is the most beautiful lagoon in Lan Ha Bay for kayaking activities and also a conservation area. 12:30 PM: The boat drops anchor at the border of Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay for lunch. The lunch is freshly cooked and served in Vietnamese style by the local crews on board (vegetarian dishes available). Enjoy lunch while cruising through magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. 1:30 PM: Afterwards, the boat continues to sail off Southern Ha Long Bay. 2:30 PM: Swim and jump from the boat at Ba Trai Dao Beach which is very natural, remote, quiet, and less-touristy. We can discover the temple beach, more lagoons, and arches. 3:00 PM: After swimming, we will visit a local fish farm where you will see how local fishermen live on the water and how they farm the fish. 3:30 PM: Our boat will cruise back to the pier. Enjoy the magical sunset with local drinks as the boat comes back to the harbor. 4:50 - 5:00 PM: The bus will pick you up to go back to Hanoi. 8:30 - 9:00 PM: Arrive at Hanoi Old Quarter. End the trip!
