Guide was excellent and really brought the history to life
As I had pre booked the tour, it was a bit confusing at first that we were turned away from the entrance to the Basilica and sent across St Marks square to the Post Office where we met our guide Elisabeta. She was extremely knowledgeable and brought the history of St Marks Square and Basilica to life as we marvelled at the beautiful exterior and interior of St Marks. We loved the terrace and the amazing views. So glad that we did a guided tour rather than just walk around on our own
