Was quick and easy to get to the boats and going. The only problem was we were lined up to be sorted into groups in the middle of a walkway so it was quite awkward with people trying to get past

the gondola ride was great, didn't really take us to any of the specific sites but you get what you pay for. finding the location was abit difficult but I rang the guide and they guided me to where we needed to be. would recommend.
