Easy to follow instructions to meet the guide. Ear pieces so you can hear the guide. It was very busy so it would be useful if the guide had something to hold up so we can all see her. Very enjoyable.
Our guide Diana was amazing. She lead us through the south entrance skipping the line into Doge Palace. She explained the different architectural styles and periods seen in the courthouse and lead an amazing highly detailed fun fact tour. From mentioning the accusation boxes to Doge history to meaning by symbols and frescoes it all was a WOW tour. We walked through the bridge of sighs (inside!) and then headed towards the Basilica. Just amazing seeing the many artwork, rich history and meaning to these spaces. Our group had 14 folks and it was a good group. The only thing that knocked off the rating was the delayed start time and a bit of disorganization to rally groups otherwise it was a great tour by crown tours. Restrooms were a bit crowded and we were a bit late to go into the basilica but everything was fine. Really enjoyed this tour.
