Patrizia is the most wonderful host and instructor. She made us feel right at home. It helped that she has several of the same interests as my wife. The food that she had us prepare was delicious. Her teaching will stay with us forever. It’s also going to improve our cooking once we get home. The class was so much fun that I had no idea that the 3 hours had passed. The class was everything we had hoped for and MUCH more. Thank you again Patrizia for everything, including you bringing my wife’s left behind ring to us at our hotel.

Full description

You can't visit Italy without trying at least one pasta dish... So, we'll teach you two! Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your local host. As the icing on the cake, you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.

Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. It's a great way to truly experience Italian culture.

We definitely loved Patrizia’s presentation and her husband was very entertaining. Their house was super cool for cooking and the view was spectacular for our dining experience! The only situation that was frustrating and challenging was transportation to their house. Patrizia had contacted me to arrange a driver prior to our event as well as gave us drivers to contact. The problem was that they all were busy. In the end Patrizia helped us to secure transportation. Arranging transportation prior to class is imperative. Although the class is labeled Varenna (which is where we had our Villa) we wish it wasn’t as challenging.
