Overall rating
Our guide (David) was very attentive, shared great anecdotes and personal experiences. He was very understandable and always made sure that the instructions and stories were understood by non-native English speakers. The stops/attractions were well chosen. It is a great trip for history, architecture and nature lovers. The stops are a little short (between 1-2 hours on average), but worth seeing. You are given a lot of freedom during the trip, so you can either visit the castle or explore the city, for example.
We had a great time with our guide he was very informative but also funny and interesting. We didn’t get tired or bored and learned so many things regarding life in Oxford and the University.
Holly, our tour guide, was very personable, knowledgeable and good company. I came away feeling I knew a lot more about Oxford and happy to explore more of the town
It's a really interesting tour and the alumni talk us through the history in a very interesting way
