From Tromso: Polar Fishing Adventure

Join a local family-run company for a true Arctic fishing experience aboard our beloved boat, Capella. We’ll take you to the best fishing spots, using our echo sounder to locate the abundant fish streams. We don’t believe in just going a few minutes out to fish between Tromsø Island and the mainland – we’re passionate about fishing too! That’s why we’ll set course for Kvaløystraumen or Ryøyastraumen, two powerful currents to the north and south of Tromsø.

These currents attract a wealth of plankton and smaller fish, making them prime spots for big catches. On board the Capella, you’ll enjoy unlimited refreshments—cookies, hot chocolate, coffee, and tea, keeping you warm and energized throughout the trip. Once you catch your fish, we’ll prepare it right there, so you can taste the freshness of Arctic fish at its finest.
