The staff was excellent! They answered all of our questions and ensured our safety, keeping us calm at all times even though bigger ships were using the waters simultaneously! The route is lovely, with only one rundown spot (the bridge you must pass). The bath water was sufficiently warm, but it can cool off fast in colder weather, so be prepared for some work around the fire. Lastly, be aware that you might need a toilet, so go for the drinks that don't make you full too fast :') I'll surely do this tour again!

This is a fantastic invention! The boat is very easy to handle, the instructions are clear, the welcome is impeccable, no difficulty in keeping the water at the right temperature despite what some comments say... Looking forward to the next one!

Very interesting route in the heart of Berlin. 2.5 hours is just enough to see the interesting sights. The waiting time at the Mühlendamm lock was compensated by very pleasant service. All in all, highly recommended.
