Everything about this trip was perfect. Great day out seeing Fuji, ropeway, river cruise, bullet train and the buffet lunch was even better than expected too. 5th station was closed due to snow but it didn't matter as we still had great views from the 4th. Our guide Hiro and our driver for the day were perfect hosts. Day could not have gone any better. Thanks.

Really good trip & we were very lucky with the weather so had great views of Fuji. Excellent tour guide called Angie, very knowledgeable about various historic facts about Japan which made the time on the bus go relatively quickly.

Full description

Embark on a remarkable journey to Mt. Fuji, Japan's highest peak and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2013. Begin your adventure by boarding a comfortable air-conditioned coach with Wi-Fi, which will take you to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, situated 2,000 meters above sea level. Step out and immerse yourself in the serene nature and sacred atmosphere at the Japanese Shinto Shrine. If weather conditions prevent travel beyond the 4th station, an alternative visit to Oshino Hakkai or another scenic spot will be arranged.

After experiencing the beauty of Mt. Fuji, the bus will take you to a buffet lunch spot offering a stunning view of the mountain. Enjoy a Japanese lunch buffet featuring fresh local ingredients, with vegetarian and Muslim-friendly options available upon request.

Next, journey to the Hakone area and begin your exploration at either Hakone mountain or Komagatake mountain, to take a ropeway that provides an exhilarating ride with panoramic views of Hakone area and, on clear days, Mt. Fuji. This ropeway will transport you to Lake Ashi, a caldera lake where you'll embark on a scenic cruise.
(Depending on the schedule for the day, we will visit Mt. Hakone or Mt. Hakone-Komagatake)

Conclude your adventure by boarding the bus to Odawara Station, where you'll take a thrilling ride on the Japanese bullet train, Shinkansen, arriving back in Tokyo around 6 PM.

Weather was wonderful. Cherry blossom were in bloom 🌸. Mount Fuji was visible. Lunch 🍜 delicious. Tour guide Kayo was excellent.
