Reach your Sahara Desert camp, nestled in the middle of nowhere just before darkness. After some time to admire the dunes and the surrounding landscapes, get ready for a Moroccan dinner served under the stars next to a campfire. Late at night, enjoy Berber music with the local hosts playing drums Day 3: Merzouga – MarrakechAfter an early breakfast and a camel ride back to the main road, meet your driver and head back to Marrakech. Instantly recognizable as the setting of various Hollywood epics, it’s also a popular backdrop for photo shoots with international fashion magazines and agencies. Explore the Kasbah at leisure, with some free time for lunch, Continue to the oasis of Agdez, before driving through the date and palm trees of the Draa Valley. Marvel at the fortified Kasbahs along the way. Upon arrival at Zagora, meet your camel caravan and ride a camel over the sand dunes as you watch the sunset paint the desert sands. Then, transfer to your Sahara Desert camp just before dark. Settle into your tent, and enjoy some free time to explore the surrounding desert scenery. Dinner will be served under the stars while your nomad hosts entertain you around a campfire with the beat of their tamtam drums. Day 2: Zagora - Marrakech Wake early to experience the magic of a desert sunrise (optional). Then, enjoy breakfast before climbing back into the saddle of your camel for the ride back to the main road. Here, your minibus will be waiting to take you back to Marrakech you will arrive around 6h pm.

Day 1: Marrakech / Ouarzazate / Rose valley / Merzouga In the Early Morning After meeting you at your hotel in Marrakech we will go toward the High Atlas through the Tizin-Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2260 m above sea level passing through small villages, small waterfalls, and through the continuously changing landscape and colors of these beautiful mountains. We will go through Ouarzazate, the famous Valley of Roses, and the Dades Valley. After arriving in Merzouga you will find the guide and camels will be waiting to carry you across the sandy dunes of the Erg-Chebbi, after 20 min you will reach to the desert camp to spend the night in a Berber tent. At your desert shelter, your camels are hobbled and mint tea is served. After a wonderful dinner, there will be a campfire and drums playing, and we will listen to the songs of the Berbers, Nomads of Southern Moroccan. Day 2: Merzouga - Rissani - Ziz Valley - Medilt– Fez In the morning you can get up early, take a walk over the sand dunes, and watch the sunrise from just behind the Algerian border, which is about 50 km from Merzouga. We head back to the hotel, after breakfast, shower, and Rest, we'll start our tour back to Fes, through, Ziz Valley, Berber villages, and the Middle Atlas, we will arrive at Fes in the evening for the end of the trip. Day2: Merzouga/ Marrakech In the morning you can get up early, take a walk over the sand dunes and watch the sunrise from just behind the Algerian border, which is about 50 km from Merzouga. You will have some time to get ready and have Breakfast. Then you will depart towards Marrakech Passing through the Famous road of one 1000 Kasbahs & the High Atlas Mountain with few quick stops. We reach Marrakech in the Evening for the End of the Trip around 20h00. Please note that it is a long drive on the first day from Marrakech to the desert camp, can be up to 10 hours. There won't be many long stops on the way in order to make it to the camp before sunset and benefit from the camel ride. We have designed this 2 days desert option, for people who have limited time but still want to visit the desert. For customers who prefer a less rushed experience, we also offer an extra day add-on that includes more stops and overnight in Kasbah Didis (or similar), with dinner and breakfast.

Begin with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Fes. Cross the Saiss Plain and head toward the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing Ifran and Azrou. Keep your eyes peeled for barbary apes on the side of the road and stop for some photos if you see them. Continue to Midelt, where you will stop for lunch. Then, carry on past the Ziz River and the thousands of tall palm trees to Erfoud, then on to Merzouga and Erg Chebbi, where your camel caravan will be waiting for you. Watch the colors of the sunset over the dunes as you ride on the back of a camel. Make your way back to the desert camp and freshen up before enjoying your dinner under the stars and listening to music performed by local musicians. Settle in for an overnight stay at the camp. Enjoy a sunrise camel ride before meeting your guide in Merzouga. Take in the views as you head to your next destination. Admire the oasis of Tinghir where you can take a walk along the banks of the Todgha River. Visit Berber Villages and learn about the local culture before you visit the Todgha Canyons and stop for some lunch. As you explore, see where they filmed movies including The Gladiator, Babel, and Lawrence of Arabia. Next, continue your journey through the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass, the highest mountain path in North Africa. Climb from the plains up to 7,500 feet above sea level, driving through small villages and passing picturesque small waterfalls.
