Tsavo East is renowned for its diverse wildlife population, including the famous "Red Elephants" known for their distinctive rust-coloured dust baths. We will meet at the starting point and cross Kongo River. The trip takes place during low tide so crossing the river is as easy as crossing a small gentle stream. We will take an easy , slow , scenic 10minutes motor bike ride through beautiful Tiwi, you get to have a feel of how the local community lives in this area, during the ride. Everyone gets their own personal motorbike with a well trained rider to make it more comfortable and fun. We will then take a 10min BEACH walk to the African pool from where the motorbike leaves us. On the walk we will pass through significant caves and cliffs, with different shapes and forms carved by the ocean waves continously slapping on them during high tide. You will notice lots of smaller pools that are home to tiny colouful fish and exotic sea life such as sea spiders, the red crab, sea urchins and sea cucumber. Almost feels like a natural aquarium. At the African pool we will swim and soak in the sun for about an hour before heading back to the starting point If you are daring enough you could climb up the nearby cliffs and dive into the pool. Enjoy a blend of natural beauty, marine life encounters, seafood flavors, cultural experiences, and historical insights. Begin your day with a dhow cruise, a traditional Arabian sailing vessel, to the waters of the Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park. As you glide through the azure waters, keep your eyes peeled for playful dolphins leaping alongside the boat, providing an exhilarating display of their aquatic prowess. Upon arrival at the marine park, be greeted by a vibrant underwater world teeming with marine life and coral formations. Snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, experiencing the wonders beneath the surface. Swim among tropical fish and turtles, and encounter rays or reef sharks if you’re lucky. After your aquatic adventures, sail to Wasini Island. Savor a seafood lunch featuring the fresh catch of the day. Following lunch, take a stroll through the village on Wasini Island, interacting with the friendly residents and gaining insight into the local culture and way of life. You can also choose to take a tour of the Shimoni slave caves, a historical site offering a glimpse into the region's dark past. As the day draws to a close, board the dhow once again. On the cruise back to the mainland, relish the picturesque coastal scenery one last time, cherishing the beauty of the Kenyan coastline as the sun sets. Finally, get dropped off at your hotel.

Enjoy a serene boat trip at the Kongo River Estuary, where you can spot wildlife like mangroves, birds, and possibly hippos. Visit a local village to learn about the culture and traditions of the Diani area. Start your tour with a hotel pickup in a private tuk tuk, the thrilling transport system in Diani Beach. Head to the Kongo River Estuary, where you will board a boat to start your tour. Sail along the estuary and take in the breathtaking scenery and serenity at the Kongo River Estuary that marks the start of Diani Beach and is also the border between Tiwi and Diani. Join a guided boat tour to explore the estuary, where you can spot wildlife like mangroves, birds, and possibly hippos. Continue your boat tour, focusing on birdwatching or fishing. Visit a local village to learn about the culture and traditions of the Diani area. After your tour, a tuk tuk will drop you back to your hotel.

It's a unique and memorable experience. 9 am: Pick-up from your hotel in Mombasa or Diani 9:30 am: Mombasa Tusks Start your day by visiting the iconic Mombasa Tusks, a symbolic landmark representing the entrance to the city. Take some memorable photos and learn about the historical significance of these tusks. 10 am: Mama Ngina Waterfront Head to the Mama Ngina Waterfront, a beautiful public space along the coastline. Enjoy the stunning views of the Indian Ocean, take a leisurely walk along the promenade, and relax in the shaded areas. Experience the vibrant atmosphere and maybe try some street food from the local vendors. 11 am: Fort Jesus Museum Proceed to Fort Jesus, a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the museum located within the fort, which showcases artefacts and exhibits detailing the history of Mombasa. Learn about the Portuguese and Arab influences and the fort's role in the region's maritime trade. 12:30 pm: Mombasa Old Town Next, venture into the historic Mombasa Old Town. Take a guided walking tour through its narrow streets lined with Swahili-style architecture, vibrant markets, and colourful buildings. Immerse yourself in the cultural heritage, visit local shops, and learn about the traditions and customs of the area. 1:30 pm: Optional Lunch in Old Town Take a break for lunch in one of the local restaurants in Mombasa Old Town. Indulge in traditional Swahili cuisine, such as biryani, pilau, or fresh seafood dishes. Enjoy the flavours while taking in the ambiance of this charming neighbourhood. 3 pm: Haller Park Tour After lunch, head to Haller Park, a unique wildlife sanctuary and nature reserve. Explore the park's trails, where you can encounter giraffes, zebras, hippos, and a variety of bird species. Take a guided tour to learn about the conservation efforts and the park's reforestation projects. 5 pm: Return to your hotel Bid farewell to Mombasa's attractions as you travel back to your hotel. Take this time to relax, reflect on the day's experiences, and appreciate the beauty of the city.

We will meet at Kongo Mosque In Diani. Your guide will lead you to cross over Kongo River to our Watersport Shop in tiwi beach where you will gear up with Reefshoes and snorkels. After the brief intro from your guide, you will decide either to use motorbike or have a sea adventure discovering hiden gems of Tiwi Beach as you head to The African pool. At The african pool, You will embark on an adventurous snorkeling and swimming in coral caves and the map of africa pool. Here you can jump from cliff to the pool or dive through turnels. When sutisfied we will head back to the watersport office. here you will rest under the sun shades at Tiwi beach and try out african snacks like the Mabuyu, kashata, madafu. Here is where we will end our trip, you can decide to try out African delicasie from nearby restaurant or depart back to Diani.

Pick up: Begin the tour with a tuk-tuk ride from your hotel in Diani to Kongo Beach. At Kongo Beach, we'll cross the river on foot to the Tiwi beach side and embark on a motorbike ride to the stunning African Pool. To get to the pool, we will have a reef walk where we will explore the diferent marine life. As part of our eco-conscious approach, we provide reusable water bottles for your comfort. We will then embark on a thrilling snorkeling experience in vibrant pools in coral caves and swim in the African map Pool. After this engaging adventure we will have a break for refreshment before embarking on a scenic motorbike ride through Tiwi village as we enroute to Ukunda. In Ukunda, we will visit a local artisan workshop where you can try your hand at making African sandals and learn about local craftsmanship. Here you can also choose to purchase the sandle you make as a souvenir. We will then have lunch in a local restaurant where you will sevor a selection of diferent swahili dishes. we will then head to Kongo Beach for an evening boatride (Kongo River Sunset Canoe Boat Ride) We will then conclude the day by droping you off back to your hotel in Diani.
