We took a taxi from Buenos Aires to Tigre, approx 1 hour, so leave plenty of time, especially during rush hour traffic. The trip was scenic, the boat was comfortable. We could not hear the commentary as we sat outside on desk. There are plenty of coffee and sandwich shops at the boat station. Totally recommend it.

Full description

Your boat tour departs from the Tigre fluvial station. You will cruise for a full hour along the rivers of Luján, Carapachay, Angostura, Sarmiento, and Espera, where the Delta Tierra reserve is located. 

Take in the panoramic views of the Delta while the loudspeaker audioguide tells you all about the region and its many unique characteristics. You will enjoy one of the favorite places of many Argentine families and observing the unique lifestyle of the locals who live on the river delta.

Really good. Further out of beauno aires than I thought. But we got a taxi for about £10
