Unfortunately the Tootbus was not available - the service having been withdrawn two days prior to our booking. This was apparently due to an accident involving one of the buses. Despite this it was still possible to book the activity. On arrival at the Tourist centre we were advised of the above. We were still issued with the Brussels Pass - which we used to visit a number of museums - but had to make alternative arrangements for transport (we obtained a daily travelcard). On raising the matter with GYG they very quickly agreed with Tootbus for a full refund to be made. I was satisfied with the prompt, and courteous, manner with which this was dealt with.

Great value for money! We got into a number of museums around the city and the hop on hop off helped us get around quicker. Def download the To-ot app and then you get live updates on the bus times and pick ups makes it super easy to plan your day

This was the best Hop/off bus I have ever had. New bus line, clean, covered top but open for viewing and fresh air, ear buds worked beautiful and the music in between historical sites was amazing. Bravo!!!

I found the repetitive music between commentary unnecessary but it is definitely worth it if you enjoy museum hopping.
