The experience with Shirley, the volunteer guide was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and really cares about the animals too. She also helped me take good pictures. It was worth it. The only thing I didn’t like was the employees at the gate didn’t know there is such a tour so it took a while to start. I should have just gone to the Information desk first.
