I had an amazing time at the onigiri and miso soup-making class in Takayama! The teacher was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience feel warm and personal. Starting with a prayer added a beautiful spiritual touch, making it so much more than just a cooking class and a meal—it was a truly immersive and meaningful experience. I loved every moment of it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a deeper connection to Japanese culture.
It was magical to be in Shirakawa while it snowed. Yasushi was a very friendly & informative guide. He looked after us very well for the whole day. The afternoon experiences were relaxing and fun. A wonderful day!
