The stunning views of the Three Sisters were breathtaking, and the hike to Wentworth Falls was a perfect mix of adventure and nature’s beauty. The highlight of our experience was visiting Featherdale Wildlife Park, where we got to take an amazing picture with a koala – a once-in-a-lifetime moment! The park also gave us the chance to see kangaroos, wombats, and so many other Australian animals up close. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Yashi, who made the day extra special. The tour provided was highly disappointing and was merely a chauffeur service rather than a private tour. First the positives: the van was great and driver was a good driver. Now the main problems: - this was not organized as a tour. The agency did not even know the opening times (they had me check whether Featherdale was open) for the venues or whether reservations were required. By pure luck I checked online and discovered that bookings for Scenic World were only available in the afternoon which would not work for the itinerary. We had to change the entire sequence and turn around on the road to be able to salvage the trip. The driver was no guide at all. He had never been at some of the sites. He had absolutely no knowledge or anything to share about the locations which was critical such as what are the right trails to take. -they did not even offer water which they had advertised on the description. Overall failed to deliver, description said private guide. Not worth the $$
