Full description

Embark on a fishing trip from Stavanger and enjoy a day of fishing in the waters of Randaberg or Sirevåg. Benefit from a pick-up from your accommodation and a professional instructor to help you catch fish.

Pick up from your accommodation and head to the harbour. Once there, board the boat and embark on a 5-hour fishing trip.

You will be provided with sea fishing equipment and a professional instructor to help you catch fish. Cast your line and try to catch a fish.

The weather was exceptionally good which made this trip very memorable. However, I think expensive for what it was with hidden costs. It was great to have access to a small fishing boat with a Captain who knew the best areas to fish, with a bit of luck, we would have caught a few more. Our rods and bait were prepared for us very promptly so we were never waiting to get a rod in the water. Collection and drop off was perfect too. What was less good was the condition of the boat, much smaller than expected. There were toilet facilities on board but I opted not to use them. I needed some fishing instruction but figured most of it out by watching. We were charged afterwards for fishing tackle that was lost, which is fine, but would have been good to know beforehand. There were no life jackets issued and as much as I don't enjoy HS&E rules, the trip could have been much more dangerous. Overall, grateful for the experience but it was overpriced and rough around the edges.
