the french guide was very good. but i found that when purchasing, the details about what was included/not included were not sufficiently explicit. moreover, we joined a large group of people who had additional services, and this was not clear.

The guide was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. The meeting point could be improved, i.e. the guide could be more visible with a name tag for example, because it is difficult to understand which one is which.
