The transportation option was not available on this app but it was a coach trip and the driver was 5 stars. Stella, our guide was absolutely brilliant. She had vast knowledge which she delivered in a clear and accessible way, adding in some flourishes of personal experience from time to time, which embedded this knowledge in a charming context. The tour around Knossos with guide Emanuel was also first rate. He was clear, engaging, gentle and caring. His knowledge and the way he repeated Greek words slowly and thoughtfully was very skilled. An amazing lance and well worth a guided tour rather than self directed. We were in a small group of around 25 so it was easy to gather and hear the history of this fascinating place. Anyone not really interested in ancient sites and learning about them however might well find it arduous. I could see that experience happening for sone people and particularly small children. We were end of season visiteurs but it was still very busy. Great trip.

Miss Stella and Andreas made our visit to Crete truly exceptional! Miss Stella, our guide, was warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about Crete’s rich history and culture. She brought the stories of the Minoan civilization to life during our visit to Knossos Palace and Museum, adding fascinating details that made the experience unforgettable. Andreas, our driver, also went above and beyond, providing valuable insights and guidance throughout the journey. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and deep understanding of the local area made every part of our trip smooth and enjoyable. He ensured we traveled comfortably while sharing interesting anecdotes along the way. Together, Miss Stella and Andreas created a seamless, enriching, and personalized experience that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend them both for anyone visiting Crete!

The two guides were very nice and very concerned about our well-being. There was a pleasant atmosphere on board and the sea was super calm. The food was delicious and plentiful. We had plenty of time to swim and were also able to go SUPing and snorkeling. The boat was very nice, but perhaps a bit crowded with 8 guests. But that didn't affect the good atmosphere on board.

Wonderful day with scenic drive, ample time at Knossos and Museum of Archaeology in Heraklion. Even had enough time for a delicious meal. Driver was friendly, knowledgeable, made the ride very informative and interesting. We even drove by several sites of interest for which Dimitri gave us lots of fun facts and historical background.

The pink sand beach was beautiful, however the bus driver was driving much too fast.
