He took me to hidden gems only,like a peaceful coastal stretch where families gathered, roosters roamed freely and not a tourist in sight. We saw the Marina Bay Sands skyline from a breathtaking, quiet viewpoint I’d never have found on my own. I learned so much about Singapore’s rich history, culture, and architecture,especially the iconic colourful heritage houses and their unique design influences. We went to a local hawker centre, not the usual tourist spots. I even tried an ice cream sandwich in rainbow bread (mine was sweetcorn!),a charming, nostalgic treat that made the day even more memorable.
