Guided tour: Go behind the scenes of oyster farming. Explore with our tours the different stages of oyster farming in the Thau basin, including fining, detroquing and shipping. Passing on our know-how is a fundamental value for our family: sharing the traditions of the profession, revealing the uniqueness of the Étang de Thau and introducing palates to the subtlety of the taste of our oysters.
Before ending up on your plate, our oysters are aged and pampered according to a specific technique: rope suspension
The tour will start on the parking our our oyster farme.
