- The Lotte World ticket admission link & Gamsung Gyobok rental voucher will be sent via email to 「hanaitc_cs@」 1-3 days prior to the ticket usage date. So, Please make sure to check in advance as you need this email to enter Lotte World and use the School Uniform rental service!

- When entering Lotte World, please show the QR code on the admission link to the staff.

- As for Gamsung Gyobok rental, please inform the staff your name or present the Gamsung Gyobok rental voucher at the desk.

- If you have any inquiries or issues related to your reservation or if you haven't received your Lotte World tickets, please send an email

Meeting point

Please visit the Gamsung Gyobok rental shop on your reserved date. It is only available during business hours, and rental of uniforms is not possible after 8:30 PM, so please arrive early for a smooth experience. After renting your uniform, you can head to Lotte World. You can enter directly by showing the ticket URL to the staff at the entrance gate, without any ticket exchange procedure.

  • Entry is free for children aged 0-2, but there are additional charges when children with free admission use children facilities
