I would like to express our immense satisfaction with the tour we took with our guide Lúcia. Punctuality, knowledge and experience are some of her qualities, in addition to allowing us to organize the tour in a pleasant and natural way, with a well-organized itinerary including time and schedules!!! Because I am deaf, she was very punctual, polite, engaging, patient, and very careful and concerned with the well-being of her clients. She also left me prepared descriptive papers about the history and culture of the places we visited. I recommend her to everyone!
