Salvador was responsive and informative in preparing us for our trip to the coast, and friendly, engaging and personable during it. He went the extra mile with cultural and historical details that made this a 5-star trip. Driver Isabella was excellent as well. Our group enjoyed it so much, we requested a mountains trip from them. Unfortunately, we couldn't make this second trip, but the fact that they were willing to accomodate us, with very short notice, was impressive. Top notch experience. Highly recommend.

The guide was very good and what we visited was also good. However we only stayed an hour in Valparaiso which was too short (it was announced 2 hours). And we did not take a funicular, too bad.

We didn't really need to stop in Casablanca, not really interesting and very expensive. At the restaurant, in Viña Del Mar, the waiter forgot us and one of the meals arrived when we were leaving. The waiter only served the table where the majority of the group was sitting, 4 of the travelers were sitting, at another table and we had to get the attention of the waiter to be served but it took way too long. The guide Ignacio was very nice.
