Loved the day in Minca! I am not a coffee lover, but I appreciated trying Minca coffee and learn about one of the farms. My fav part was the chocolate workshop: I had the best chocolate of my life!!! (Lunch was so good!!!)

Our trip was fantastic! Ronaldo and Maria were excellent tour guides and had great pacing on the trip. we started at the Coffey farm after a brief hike and saw many animals plants and of course the coffee. From there, we hike to a waterfall swim in it, climbed the waterfall and jumped off! Our guides were kind enough to take unexpected pictures that we will have for a lifetime. From there it was about a 30 minute hike give or take to the chocolate shop and lunch. Lunch was great. I recommend the beef and the learning about chocolate and the uses of cacao was wonderful for my family. Our party was too boys ages 10 and 13 and two adults and we had an absolutely outstanding experience. Thank you so much.

Full description

This experience invites you to discover the secrets of artisanal coffee and cacao in the midst of nature. During the day, we will take gentle and moderate walks along rural trails, cross streams, and enjoy a swim in crystal clear waters. We will visit a local space dedicated to artisanal coffee production, where you will learn about the stages of cultivation and enjoy a delicious freshly brewed cup.
We will also participate in a cacao workshop, with tastings and sensory activities centered around local chocolate, which you can enjoy in six presentations, including a cup and chocolate mask, and you can even make your own chocolate bar. This experience includes a homemade lunch (with vegetarian and vegan options) and time to relax in a natural and peaceful setting. Note:
The route may be modified at any time by the tour guide, depending on weather or natural conditions, physical or cognitive conditions, health, or public order.
