This was our first time in Florence with only one day to cram in as many sights as we could. Ivan our guide from the very start was so friendly and informative. We didn’t pick the best day but even with the heavy rain Ivan happily stood in the rain while we were under cover in the Richshaw going into detail and with great passion into the history of the beautiful city. I cannot thank Ivan and team enough we would highly recommend booking a tour with the team. When we next visit we will defiantly book again :)
We were both absolutely blown away by this tour, Stefano was the best guide we have ever had! So much knowledge on Florence and really enthusiastic to share this with us. The rickshaw gives such a unique view of the city that other tour vehicles can’t in our opinion. We covered a huge area of Florence which was so special viewed at night! Fabulous, first class - thank you Stefano you are a credit to tour guides!!!!! 😍😍😍 We would book this again in a heartbeat - such fantastic value for money.
Our guide Stefano was so kind, friendly helpful and cheerful! He is very good at what he does. His communication skills&story telling was great. He also customized the tour according to our wishes! It is so obvious that he really likes his job, he even did continue more than determined timing! He has been very active and responsive even before we meet to decide on the meeting point and time. The tour totally worth it!no regret full of satisfaction 🙏
What a fun way to see Florence and all of the highlights! Our guide Ivan was fantastic and we highly recommend this 1.5 hour tour to start your time in the city or if you’d like to see more without having to walk everywhere. There were some hidden gems along the way, too!
Stefano was energetic, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. We did not have an appointment after and so he took extra time to show us around the city.
