Experience Reindeer Farm, Husky Sled Ride & Santa Claus Village! Your day will start with transfer to the farm, where you will be able to ride your own reindeer sledge in a brief, 500m long ride. Your newly learned skills will be rewarded with a Reindeer Sledge Driver’s License! Next, make your way to the Alaskan Huskies where you will find these beautiful, loyal, and energetic companions. Experience the Alaskan Huskies in action on a 500m long sleigh ride. Enjoy a traditional salmon soup or vegetarian soup lunch during your visit and listen to the local reindeer herders as they tell you more about the herding lifestyle and how it is to be a reindeer herder in the 21st century. After the farm visit, you will be taken to the Santa Claus Village where you will have some free time to explore at your own pace. You have the opportunity to experience the Christmas atmosphere, step across the Arctic Circle, meet Santa Claus and children under 150cm can try mini snowmobiling for 10 minutes on our mini-track. Your day will conclude with drop-off back to Rovaniemi.

Snowman World is the most exhilarating snowy playground of the Santa Claus Village, located on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi, where you can enjoy a day of thrilling winter activities. We expect you to experience the spectacular snow and ice slides and a fun labyrinth not to mention the real ice-skating rink where even snowmen have been spotted showing off their skating skills. While enjoying holiday activities, you can occasionally revitalize yourselves with the tasty servings of the Snow Restaurant and Ice Bar, while admiring some fine snow and ice sculptures. Tickets to Snowman World are valid for a whole day. Snowman World is an outdoor destination, so don’t forget to dress up warmly! Join our Northern Lights snowmobile sledge adventure from Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi for a chance to witness the magical Auroras and breathtaking Lapland landscapes. Our expert guides will pick you up from Rovaniemi and take you to the best locations and with some luck and a clear sky, we might see the flaming Northern Lights dancing in the sky while we experience the tranquility of the arctic night. Our Northern Lights search takes place in Lapland, in the middle of the Northern Lights belt. This spectacular natural phenomenon can be witnessed at any time from the Autumn darkness to Spring.

Ride your own snowmobile in the countryside around the Arctic Circle. Enjoy the beautiful wintry forest scenery and take photos during the short stops made during the ride. Two adults ride on one snowmobile, and the tour is suitable for everyone, even those who have never driven a snowmobile before. This is also a perfect activity for families with children, with children traveling in a sled pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. If you do not wish to drive the snowmobile yourself at all or if you do not have a driver's license, you can also join the tour in the sleigh pulled by the guide's snowmobile. Snowmobile safaris start and end in Santa Claus Village. The actual time on the snowmobile is around 30-40 minutes with an average speed of 10 kilometers an hour.

This snowmobile safari gives you a chance to ride your own snowmobile on the forest trails through the Arctic Circle area. You will enjoy the beautiful wintery scenery, during the way we will make several stops to admire snowy nature. 2 adults ride on one snowmobile, single riding supplement for extra charge. The tour is suitable for anyone interested to experience snowmobile riding. Children are traveling in the sledge pulled by the guides snowmobile. The driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver license – B category (please check that it is valid in Finland!). The driver's license must be physically present or an official digital version written in roman letters. Snowmobile safaris start and end at the Wild Nordic safari centre located opposite the Santa Claus Village. You can skip return transfer and continue your visit to Santa. The time on snowmobiles is approximately 1 hour and 30-40 minutes.

Ride a Finnhorse through the untouched nature of Lapland. The Finnhorse is our national breed, whose calm nature and sure steps will take you to enjoy the silence right in the immediate vicinity of Santa Claus Village. Experience the colorful forest scenery in autumn, the snow-covered trees in winter, the glistening snow in spring, and the "nightless night" sun in summer. Meet your guide and Finnhorses and receive a short safety briefing. Then, set off on a slow-paced horseback riding tour. Enjoy the untouched nature of Lapland and the peacefulness of the forest. In autumn, admire the colorful forest scenery with autumn foliage. In the winter, hear the snow crunch beneath the hooves as snow-covered trees bend above the trail. In the spring, see the bright sunshine glisten on the snow and hear the song of the first migratory birds. In the summer, ride under the "nightless night" sun. Riding time is about 40 minutes and total duration 1 hour. After the ride, enjoy a warm drink, gingerbread cookies, and marshmallows at a hut by the fire. Join the elves working in Santa's post office, send postcards to all your friends with a special stamp on them. You will have chance to see the reindeer (not possible during Apr 23-May 19). A white line denoting the Arctic Circle is painted across the park. You can cross the line and officially enter the Arctic area.
