  • The reservation name and the credit card name must match. If they do not match, the booking will be invalid, and participants must register and pay at check-in, subject to availability.

  • A refundable damage deposit of $150 is required at check-in.
  • The deposit will be held on your credit card and released 24 hours after check-in, pending no damage or incidentals.
  • Late Arrival Policy:
  • Arrivals later than 30 min will forfeit your participation without a refund. Timely check-ins are essential for safety & scheduling purposes.
  • Age Verification:
  • The operator must be at least 21 years old and passengers must be 12 years of age.
  • Waiver:
  • Must sign the Ocean Motion Watersports Car waiver prior to your participation.
  • Weight & Height Limits:
  • Height: 1.37 m (4'6") to 1.96 m (6'5").
  • Weight: Max weight for two-passenger car is 430 pounds.
