Great chance to see several interesting historic/cultural places including the saltpans, goats cheese farm, a traditional windmill, charming non-touristy villages and mountain vistas. Max is a very knowledge guide and this half-day tour was pitched just right. Definitely recommended.

I visited all three places in one day. It was very quiet, so I was able to look around at my leisure and enjoy the view. The salt flats are right by the sea. There is also a wonderful cactus garden near the windmill.

Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the windmill museum because it was closed on Mondays, but the other two museums were really interesting and beautifully designed.
