The organization was really very good. Picked up on time and always kept up to date with what was going to happen. The guide had enough information (not too much, not too little) about the phases, was also very friendly (like almost everyone here) and asked if everything was understood (tour in English). The food with the elephants was very extensive and varied, you could express your wishes (allergies) in advance. Water was also served at regular intervals.

amazing experience definitely a must do if you're in the area!! our guide Ken was very friendly and informative giving us loads of information both at the elephant sanctuary, the turtle conservation and also whilst driving along the roads, pointing different areas of interest out to us, he made us feel very relaxed and made sure we had plenty to drink during this activity. 10/10 loved every moment of it!

The bamboo raft trip was great for relaxing and getting away from everyday stress. Feeding the elephants and bathing with them was amazing. The turtle rescue center is important for the preservation of the species. Our guides (drivers) were Adam and Woody, they were great. The lunch was really good and varied. Thank you for the great time

The tour guide Adam was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything clearly and answered all questions. The elephant sanctuary was an absolutely amazing experience, they were so kind and caring and the animals were lovely. The food was excellent and we were so well looked after all day. Thank you so much.
