Bruno was very knowledgeable! He knew the answers to almost every question we had which was incredible. The only thing he didn’t know was at the top of the stairs, why one statue has his special parts covered with a leaf and the other guy didn’t! Nailed everything else though!

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the palace. He shared a lot of really good information and detail about the palace. I also appreciated that we were a small group…only 5, on this tour. The other 3 people were Italian and had asked if he could do the tour in Italian. Luckily our guide said that this was an English tour and kept almost everything in English (he answered specific questions in Italian.) We were glad he didn’t it explain things twice bc it would have taken a lot of time standing around waiting. I also appreciated that he reminded us that the English Gardens closes at 2, so we had to book it there if we wanted to see it. The Palace and the Royal Grounds were HUGE!!! And the English Gardens were at the very end of the almost 2 mile walk. We rented an ebike to get there but you can also pay for a shuttle or a golf cart ride. The ebike and shuttle will only allow you to the entrance of the gardens, whereas the golf cart will take you through it, which is also large.
