We took the first gondola up the mountain early in the morning, which was very good. There were still very few tourists on the mountain. It was great, and the weather was good too. The other passengers from the Aida arrived later, and sometimes we had to queue for an hour to get into the gondola on the way up.

Once you're at the top, it's a great experience to walk around a bit. However, you have to be on time and take the gondola up early. If you arrive there by boat, the queue can be very, very long. Then you don't have much time to walk around at the top.

The valley station was within walking distance of the pier. Ticket on the mobile phone...everything worked without a problem...Great view, highly recommended...

We absolutely loved it. Cruise ship docked in the same location so no travelling needed to access the gondola.
