Perhaps understanding ahead of time what is open or closed would be helpful so if people wanted to do that activity in free time they could, maybe just an email if something about tour is to change.
This was my first tour in Rome and in Italy as a whole. It was a great introduction to the city and the country. Learned so much as saw basically every location I wanted and then some more. The gelato was a nice bonus and was easy to navigate. And considering how busy some of these areas were, we were able to go through everything smoothly. The headsets were sometimes not great, especially underground. But our tour guide was amazing. Talked to us personally, very knowledgeable, and very honest when he was passionate about something or thought something was overrated (lol). We saw him the next day doing a Vatican tour and thought "man I wish we booked our second tour with him too."
