I never sat on a horse before so I was quite nervous to be on one, but the staff made sure that everyone got a horse that matched their experience. After the first photostop we also separated into 2 groups - one that wanted to ride a bit faster and one that wanted to keep it slow and steady. I, of course, chosed the second one and felt safe most of the ride. There were some tricky spots that made me anxious but I survived every one of them :) Overall, it was a great experience and the view was a great one. My horse was well behaved and patient with me ♡. I can recommend to wear the clothes given to one and that not just when it rains. I used my own warm pants and the horse-fragrance never left them til the end of my journey :D Keep that in mind. The pick up from the hotel was also on- time and without any problems.

This was the best things we did on our entire world trip. The people were so helpful and knowledgeable. The horses were in beautiful condition and extremely well taken care of. The ride itself was definitely worth the money and the scenery spectacular. We would 100% recommend riding Icelandic horses with the tour when you get to ‘tolt’ it’s amazing and totally different to any other horse riding in the world.
