We, two 75+ year olds, chose the motorcycle tour and two delightful younger women drove us around to some of the "musts" in Saigon (the Vietnamese use the old name!) with great skill both as drivers and guides. We also visited a coffee shop in the part of Saigon where no tourists live and we took a short walk around the neighborhood. Unfortunately the flower market was closed due to Tet.
