We had the best tour guy ever Aribel. Won’t ever forget this tour or him such a pleasant and friendly person very customer service. We was all the way in Santo Domingo and he guide us on how to catch the bus to get to puerto plata even was tracking our location making sure we was safe keeping us dated on how much more time it would take us to get to puerto plata(ohh my what a long drive) even though we arrived a bit late he make sure he provided us with something to eat and that wasn’t even apart of the tour (which made me respect him and his business even more) we had the best tour didn’t rush us nothing. Not to talk about it was my birthday day and he did gave me some amazing photos my family and I want to thank you once again for the amazing tour we had with you. Anyone considering booking this trust me you won’t regret. Aribel I wish you and your friend much success in this business🫶🏻
I took this excursion twice in 3 weeks because it is such an awesome experience. The crew is exceptional, food is tasty, drinks flow freely, and music is entertaining. The two snorkelling spots were safe with lots of fish and clear water. Crew was attentive to the weaker swimmers and responded quickly to those looking for help.
Our guide Francisco was friendly and knowledgeable and we even got to meet Edwin. That shows how much they care. We bought cigars and jewelry helping the local economy not on cruise ship.
Our tour bus driver was amazing! Lots of energy and very knowledgeable. He took great care of our group to provide us with a safe and enjoyable experience.
We definitely enjoyed ourselves, we took our parents for their wedding anniversary and we all had an amazing time
