CONSIDERING A SPEEDBOAT TRIP? HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW! Speedboats are open vessels with no indoor space, so you’ll be fully exposed to the elements—sun, wind, and sea spray. The back of the boat has an awning for some shade, but the front is open and uncovered. If it’s windy or wavy, expect to get splashed! If that sounds like too much for you, staying home with the TV might be the better choice. ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS MEETING POINT: It's crucial to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to boarding. Kindly make every effort to avoid being late. STOP 1: SWIMMING BAY We’ll anchor in a beautiful bay for swimming and snorkeling (masks and snorkels provided). The water is 2-3 meters deep—perfect for a dip. Free drinks (water, iced tea, beer) are available onboard. Our skippers work hard in the sun and sea, so if they forget to offer, just ask—they’re happy to assist! STOP 2: VARIABLE The stop along the way will depend on a variety of factors — including the weather forecast, sea conditions, wind direction, and how busy certain spots are. Based on these, we'll choose the best possible location for the day. It might be a charming fishing village tucked away on one of the islands, a secluded bay perfect for a refreshing swim, or another beautiful hidden gem. Either way, it’ll be a special place worth discovering. STOP 3: PREKO TOWN Wrap up in Preko with plenty of choices: swim at a sandy beach, take a short 20-meter swim to Galevac Island, or unwind at local restaurants, cafes, or ice cream shops. Explore the Zadar coast on a luxury speedboat tour with a skipper. Last stop is Island Preko located a short distance away. Stroll towards the center of the island with time to visit a small sandy beach where you can also use the snorkeling gear to explore the underwater life. From Preko, you can take a little boat to get you to Galevac - located just in front of Preko. Once on the island Galevac, discover the ancient monastery hidden amongst the trees. Take a snack or homemade ice cream (own expense, might not be available in low season) during the short walk to next turquoise bay between Galevac and Preko. Learn about domestic people way of life in the history and today while visiting some monuments on the way. Travel across the crystal waters to the nearby Galevac island in a traditional wooden boat. Once there, visit the Franciscan Monastery of St. Paul The Hermit. Learn about its amazing history while exploring island in depth. Return back to Preko village and use free time for a refreshing swim in a turquoise bay, relax on many other beaches, enjoy local specialties, drink colorful cocktails or just continue to explore and enjoy a beautiful sightseeing. Join us at Foša, Zadar’s historic harbor right by the Old Town. After a short safety briefing, we’ll head south toward the island of Ošljak. As we leave the port, enjoy a beautiful view of the city. ‎ Our first stop is a peaceful bay on the island only reachable by boat. Here, you’ll have time to swim or snorkel in clear, calm waters. ‎ Our next stop is also in the area of Ošljak island—the smallest inhabited island in the Adriatic Sea, home to just a handful of locals. Once used as a quarantine island, today it's a quiet fishing village with charming scenery and walking paths. ‎ Our final stop is between the islands of Ugljan and Školjić. Here you can swim, snorkel, sunbathe on the boat, or explore the shore—this spot is perfect for relaxing before we head back to Foša Harbor in the Old Town. ‎ Please Note: • Our meeting point is Foša Harbor, 50m from Restaurant Foša (look for the boat under the stairs). Please come 10 to 15 minutes early so we can depart on time. • If you are coming by car note that parking in Old Town is limited so please arrive earlier to find a spot. Take into consideration that this is a shared tour, and delays affect all guests. • The docking fee is not included in the price - 10€ per person over 12 years old, 5€ for children (it has to be paid in cash on the boat). ‎ Depending on the weather and sea conditions our tours are subjected to change and adjustment. This is a chance to escape the crowded city and enjoy quiet and intimacy of a small island. Ošljak is an intriguing place because its historical background. It is also known to be the smallest inhabited island of Croatia. After exploring Osljak there is time for another stop in Preko. You will be able to have a lovely walk towards the center of the island, where you can have a lunch or coffee with a view on the sea, or you can lay back on the small sandy beach where you can also use the snorkeling gear to cool down and explore the underwater life. The stop here is around 2, 15 h After exploring second island the tour is slowly heading back to Zadar meeting point, and you get to enjoy the panoramic view on the shore once again. We offer morning or afternoon departure. * Please mind there is a docking fee of 10 eur to be paid on arrival for stopping on the islands.
