Overall rating
We had a very informative and insightful tour from our guide Mathias at the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp and the Sanssouci Palace in Postdam. In addition to being knowledgeable, Mathias was funny and self-deprecating. I appreciated how he interwove his personal reflections with the historical account of the places we visited. It was a moving experience, but with plenty of fun along the way. My only critique would be of the transportation, which combined English-speaking tourists with Spanish-speaking tourists. While everyone was extremely friendly, I think it would create an overall better experience for everyone to have the two groups on separate tour buses.
The boat was lovely, offering drinks/food service to your table. It is in German but we still enjoyed it. 7 lakes of we did do that, was lost on me. :)
The tour was very good. The weather was excellent when we boarded at the starting point and we were able to get seats on the upper deck.
fabulous way to spend an afternoon. the lakes were beautiful with lotsnof interesting buildings to see
Fantastic guides, friendly and knowledgeable. Riding bikes was the perfect way to see Potsdam.
